The person I dedicated this posting to is Colleen Kelly-Castro. She very generously does free online breathwork most Sundays via Zoom and these can be downloaded later and used again and again. I hyperlinked her name in the dedication of this posting, but here's her website: https://www.colleengracekelly.com. Colleen's facilitation has been the best at helping me get things moving and integrating on the emotional level. For calming, which is super important in itself, I have found heart coherence breathing useful, especially at night. Here's a link to an exercise on YouTube from another teacher who has made many other contributions I have found useful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5apnLrzaT4 All kinds of useful stuff there. Finally, I started all this with Wim Hof Breathing. It's a vigorous mouth breathing style and can really shift things on a variety of levels. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tybOi4hjZFQ. Wim Hof has a tutorial on his technique that may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzCaZQqAs9I
