The warm summer breeze 
moving across the land
this evening could sustain you 
throughout a lifetime 
if you remember it well.

Give it all of your attention 
as it swirls and eddies 
around your body. 
Feel the hairs moving, 
and the hidden skin 
breathing through the cuffs.

Let every inch of you 
be eyes and ears and nose and mouth.

Let your skin become 
an unfathomable brain, 
stretching 
deep as the wind, 
to touch the infinite.

This is enough.
