Damn good. I took my dog out today and remembered to stop for a moment and just look up at the sky. Just letting nature in can be healing.

Thank you, Claire! If you look at the last several essays, it's all about moves of various kinds. Any "lateral" move implies and even could be said to generate a new "vertical" axis.

Yes, one of the things I'm noticing more lately is that there's really a lot of multidimensional activity going on in what people think of as "3D," physical experience. It makes sense, when you feel into it, that the "higher" dimensions would suffuse, permeate, and inform the "lower" ones. And the funny thing is, the more I notice this, the more I notice this.
